  • Secure patient pathway
  • UK-wide service

How it works

Simple. Clinical. Supported.

  1. 1

    Online assessment

Complete your medical questionnaire and provide the information required for clinical review.

  2. 2

    Clinical review

Your medical information is reviewed and the appropriate next step is determined.

  3. 3

    Personalised treatment

Where clinically appropriate, your prescribing clinician creates your treatment plan.

  4. 4

    Ongoing care

Clinical reviews, monitoring and blood testing continue throughout your programme.

Complete clinical care

More than treatment. A programme built around you.

ORYLA brings medical assessment, clinical decision-making, monitoring and continuing support together in one programme. Medication is one component of that programme, where a prescribing clinician determines it is appropriate.

  • Clinical assessment and clinical review
  • Prescribing where clinically appropriate
  • Blood testing and ongoing monitoring
  • Scheduled video consultations
  • Treatment delivery where prescribed
  • Patient support throughout your programme

Clinical monitoring

Understanding more than the number on the scales.

Weight is only part of the picture. ORYLA's programme is intended to include blood monitoring so that wider health information can be reviewed as part of your ongoing care.

Test at home

You receive the appropriate blood-collection package with consumables, instructions and return materials. Your sample is returned to the laboratory for analysis and the relevant results are reviewed clinically.

First blood monitoring takes place during the early treatment period, approximately month one.

Repeat blood monitoring is planned approximately six months after the first test. Exact tests and timing may vary according to individual clinical requirements.

Ongoing clinical care

Your care doesn't stop when treatment arrives.

Many people are sent treatment and left to manage alone. ORYLA is built the other way round — your programme continues with scheduled clinical reviews and monitoring throughout.

  • Continuing clinical oversight
  • Scheduled clinical reviews
  • Treatment-response monitoring
  • Side-effect review
  • Blood monitoring
  • Clinical escalation where required
  • Patient support
